Baigelman Glass ships your glassware through FedEx Express. Current shipping dates are marked unter the product description of most items. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, most items are not eligible for returns. If you have received an item that has been damaged in the shipping process, please log into your account and we will process your exchange.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
